Cahokia Township Renovation- Benld,IL
Project Summary
Morgan Electric was honored top be chose to upgrade and install both interior and exterior lighting for the Cahokia Township Building in Benld,IL. This county project was the recipient of an Illinois Department of Commerce Grant. Morgan Electric Services and one of the local suppliers, A & D Electrical Supply Inc combined with the Cahokia Township to receive a block grant from the state of Illinois to facilitate the repairs.
The block grant covered the cost of all the lighting upgrades to more efficient LED fixtures and rewiring to save local taxpayers on long term energy costs and freed up the designated upgrade project funds for other projects in the township.

Project Summary
Morgan Electric was contracted by Dunn's Ambulance to upgrade the lighting in the ambulance bay from tube fluorescents to ENERGY STAR Certified Fixtures. The project improved visibility in the bay and maintenance of the fixtures. In addition to the upgrades for the ambulance bay, Morgan Electric upgraded the lighting in the company's living quarters for employees and installed a new sub-panel to increase the efficiency of the company's electrical service.
